Introduction of the Ferrite
The ferrite has a body centered cubic crystal structure. Generally,this kind of steel is not containing nickel,but it contains a small amount of Mo,Ti and Nb. Because of his large thermal conductivity,small expansion coefficient,good oxidation resistance,good resistance to stress corrosion,etc,this kind of steel is used in the manufacture of air,water vapor and water resistance and oxidizing acid corrosion of components.Ferritic stainless steel price is relatively low and stable,and also has many unique characteristics and advantages. It has been proved that ,in many fields only adopts austenitic stainless steel(300) that has been thought,the application of ferritic stainless steel is a kind of very excellent alternative materials.
Characteristics

Introduction of the Austenitic
Austenitic stainless steel is a kind of stainless steel which has the Austenitic organization in normal temperature.When the steel contains about 18%Cr,8%~10%Ni,and 0.1%C,it will has the stable austenite organization. Austenitic stainless steel includes the famous 18Cr-8Ni steel and the higher 18Cr-8Ni steel series which has a higher content of Cr,Ni compared to the former and add Mo,Cu,Si,Nb,Ti elements. It has nonmagnetic,higher toughness and deformability,but lower strength,and it couldn’t be strengthened by phase transition. The only way to strengthen it is that through the cold rolling. It will make it easy for cutting by adding elemens of S,Ca,Se,Te etc.

204Cu stainless steel has high tensile strength and yield strength,and it has low cold hardening rate. Its cold forming performance is good,and there are 200 series steel wear resistance properties of natural.
Compared with 304,204Cu has better acidic environment corrosion resistance,but poorer high temperature oxidation resistance. It should not be used in the high temperature(400℃ or higher)oxidizing environment.
